128 Meetup Groups match “Gaming” near Vallejo, CA
Calling all board game enthusiasts! Whether you're new to board games or have been playing them for years, let's get together and play & learn some games in and around Petaluma (plenty of coffee shops around, and hey, even breweries), and of course, get to know each other in the meantime! This is a new meetup group, so I'm open for suggestions about where this meetup group could go and what types of board games we could play - at this point, anything's "fair game" - haha. Once we have a few memb …

Ok folks, we are gonna start with games hosted at my home, and as we pick up members float on to other members locations. We will all bring snacks and a large beverage to share and the host will provide a potluck dish for all. Each meetup will be limited to 12 players when we do poker, board game nights will allow for more. If you RSVP and flake, you cant attend the next one. Poker will start with low stakes (25¢ chips) $20.00 buy in, this is social poker only, nothing professional and the h …
My wife and I just moved from the North Bay where I had a weekly D&D group to the East Bay (Concord) where we don't know anyone. I'm not interested in starting another D&D/RPG group, as it just eats up too much of my time/energy and my work schedule has become too unpredictable to allow me to play steady at a D&D table right now. I work at a Hotel and work some weird hours (swings and graveyards) and my days off can shift around. That's why I'm looking to start a more casual gaming group. This w …
We are a biweekly meeting of casual, mid-range and heavy gamers meeting at the Christ Presbyterian Church in Terra Linda, 620 Del Ganado Rd, across from Scotty's Market. We meet every other Friday. There is an incredible amount of table space available. Recent games include: Eclipse, Settlers of Catan, Settlers w/Seafarers …

We will meet for some friendly socializing and fun game playing. Our original group started with Scrabble. We are now expanding to include other fun games such as Boggle, Rummikub, Charades, hearts. Does anyone know how to play Euchre??
Let's get together and have some fun playing video games. I'd love to meet casually once a week or so and play some classic multiplayer games. I'm a big fan of Super Smash Bros (all of them) and Little Big Planet. But any multi-player game will be great.

I'm starting this group to create an environment where local gamers can meet. It's focused on the game Super Smash Bros. Brawl, though this won't necessarily be the only game we play. And there's a twist! I'm the creator of a mod for Super Smash Bros. Brawl called Unstoppabrawl. This plus new stages can make the Brawl experience new again. Also I'm interested in finding fellow developers or even people just interested in the modding work I do who can help me create new, better versions of Unstop …

Dominion is a fun, easy to learn, deck building card game. Each player starts with an identical, very small deck of cards. In the center of the table is a selection of other cards the players can "buy" as they can afford them. Through their selection of cards to buy, and how they play their hands as they draw them, the players construct their deck on the fly, striving for the most efficient path to the precious victory points by game end. 2-5 players. The game usually takes 30-45 minutes. No gam …

This group is for any and all who wish to carry the torch and continue to pass time playing THE greatest Nintendo karting game ever made. We will mostly battle, because racing is highly subjective and not nearly as much fun. Be it Blockfort, the Scrape, or Double Deck (who really plays the donut?), shells will drop and balloons will pop. Bananas will be plopped on faces, mid powerslide, from the top shelf, followed by an upside-down box on your nose. 4 player is fun, but it's just too slow, so 3 …
