I wanted to start a meetup group where gamers could find games in the Savannah area that didn't involve awkward questions at the bookstore or a corkboard in the back of the game shop. Mah Jongg is an ancient Chinese tile game of strategy and luck. The tiles are like a deck of cards. There are three suits, winds, dragons, flowers and jokers. The goal is to gather tiles in a pre determined sequence to form a winning hand and call "Mah Jongg". Beginners welcome ~ we are happy to teach and it's easy to learn. Men and women, young and old, singles and couples: if you enjoy playing card games like Rummy and Poker, you will love this!
